Peopleperhour.com is an online marketplace matching freelance or self-employed professionals with project work, usually in small or medium-sized businesses. It has a decent flow of jobs, but it's also a saturated platform with many low-paying jobs. PPH has been in business since 2007 but the site reputation according to various sources is not that great - payment fees are considered difficult and high and payouts have been reported to be problematic and delayed.
